President

Lisa spent the last 32 years in the Bio-Medical Engineering Field. She has also been the community 5K fun run/walk event organizer since 2014. Loves all sports as well as her Tierrasanta community. Looks forward to serving as the new President for the Tierrasanta Foundation in 2025

Vice President

Kim is a dedicated real estate and property management professional and owner of San Terra Properties in Tierrasanta. With decades of experience and over 25 years as a Tierrasanta resident, Kim deeply understands the community's needs and opportunities.

As a Director of the Tierrasanta Foundation, she has led efforts to improve local services, enhance infrastructure, and strengthen community connections over the years. 

Treasurer

TK enjoyed a career in telecommunications engineering and executive management with companies that included AT&T, Linkabit, Digital Switch Corporation, UCSD, and Qualcomm, He co-founded and served as Chairman of Elevate Schools, which is recognized as one of the top academic public schools that provide education services to Tierrasanta military and civilian families. TK has served multiple terms on the Tierrasanta Community Council as Commercial Director, is past President of the Tierrasanta Foundation, and currently serves as CEO of San Terra Properties.

Director

Carmen Cruz is a dynamic employee experience and events lead for the Americas team at ServiceNow. Originally from New York, she has called Tierrasanta home since 2010. As a dedicated single mom of two, Carmen balances her professional responsibilities with a passion for community involvement, often taking the reins in organizing volunteer initiatives. Her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others drives her to engage actively in various outreach programs, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute and connect. Carmen’s energy and leadership make her a valued asset to both her team and the local community.

Secretary

After 26 years with Cubic Defense Systems Joyce left the Corporate world and started volunteering.  Her experience started with the  Humane Society, Child Abuse Prevention Foundation / Promises 4 Kids and Dollars For Scholars.   She has been a part of a few other Tierrasanta Boards to include The Tierrasanta Village of San Diego and  Tierrasanta Junior Women's Club as well as her current role as Secretary for the Tierrasanta Foundation. 

Director

Sue spent her career as an engineer in the aerospace industry, at 4 different geographic locations across the U.S and Puerto Rico.  Upon returning to San Diego, she is excited to work on community events that benefit the well-being and quality of life for all Tierrasantans.

Director

Melissa is an accountant / bookkeeper for a local Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design Engineering company with current revenues averaging $12M per year.  She is responsible for Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor management, medical and professional insurance renewals as well as processing client contracts for awarded projects. Melissa has lived in T-Town for over thirty years. 

Director

Donovan has spent many years in the show production Industry where he currently holds a position as Senior Production Manager at Show Imaging Inc. Donovan enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa, celebrating anything LSU, playing the links and volunteering in T-Town any chance he gets. 

Arne is a long time Tierrasanta resident and has been on the Tierrasanta board since 2019, recently serving as Treasurer for 1.5 years. Arne also has been a big part of organizing specific areas of the yearly 5K run/walk event. Arne enjoys spending time with his grandkids, cycling and various types of wood working activities. 

Founder of the Tierrasanta Foundation. Eric also serves as Commissioner of the Tierrasanta Social Club (football pool), he is a past President of the Tierrasanta Community Council (2004-2008), is Secretary of the Tierrasanta Development Corp., and was the founding Treasurer of the Tierrasanta Village of S.D.

Rosa was a former member of the Tierrasanta Junior Womens Club where for several years she organized the TJWC's Home Tour events. Rosa is an active member of Ascension Church and organizer of the twice-a-year Fatima Processions held at Ascension in May and October.

Former Tierrasanta Foundation board member and long-time member of the Tierrasanta Community Council. Dick was one of the founders of the Concerts in the Park events organized by TCC.
